Valentin Vacherot (French: [valɑ̃tɛ̃ vaʃʁo]; born 16 November 1998) is a Monégasque tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No.58 achieved on 11th October 2025. He also has a career-high doubles ranking of No. 476 achieved on 20 February 2023. He is the current Monegasque No. 1 singles player. Vacherot became the first Monegasque player to reach an ATP Tour and a Masters-level singles final at the same time, at the 2025 Rolex Shanghai Masters.
Vacherot played college tennis at Texas A&M University.
He represents Monaco at the Davis Cup, where he has a win–loss record of 4–1.

=== 2022: Maiden Challenger title ===
In 2022, Vacherot won his maiden Challenger title at the Nonthaburi Challenger, Thailand, beating Lý Hoàng Nam in the final. Vacherot became Monaco’s second Challenger champion and the first since Jean-René Lisnard in 2004.
=== 2023: Masters debut ===
He received a wildcard for the 2023 Monte-Carlo Masters main draw, making his Masters debut. He lost in the first round to Luca Nardi.
=== 2024: Grand Slam debut, top 110 ===
Vacherot also received a wildcard for the 2024 Monte-Carlo Masters, losing to ninth seed Grigor Dimitrov. Ranked No. 136, he qualified for the main draw at the 2024 Țiriac Open but lost his opening match to eventual champion Márton Fucsovics.
Vacherot reached the top 120 on 6 May 2024, following a semifinal appearance as a qualifier, at the 2024 Open Aix Provence. He defeated Aleksandar Kovacevic, qualifier Felipe Meligeni Alves and alternate Richard Gasquet before losing to eventual champion and third seed Alejandro Tabilo.
He made his Grand Slam debut at the 2024 French Open after qualifying, becoming the first player from the Monégasque Tennis Federation to qualify for the main draw. He lost in the first round to 32nd seed Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.
=== 2025: Historic Masters final and top 60 debut ===
Vacherot also received a wildcard for the 2025 Monte-Carlo Masters and recorded his first Masters win over Jan-Lennard Struff in straight sets. He became the first Monégasque player to win a main draw match at the tournament since Jean-René Lisnard in 2009.
Vacherot recorded his second and third Masters wins after qualifying over Laslo Djere and 14th seed Alexander Bublik at the 2025 Rolex Shanghai Masters. Vacherot reached his first career Masters 1000 fourth round following the retirement of 20th seed Tomáš Macháč, becoming the second player from Monaco to reach the last-16 at a Masters. He then upset another seed, Tallon Griekspoor placed 27th in the draw, to reach his first Masters quarterfinal and thus become the lowest-ranked quarterfinalist in the event history in Shanghai and the first Monegasque player to reach an ATP Tour and Masters 1000-level quarterfinal at the same time. He defeated 10th seed Holger Rune in the quarterfinal, then defeated Novak Djokovic in the semifinals, being the lowest ranked player to ever reach a Masters final. He will face his cousin Arthur Rinderknech in the final.
== Personal life ==
Vacherot is coached professionally by his half-brother Benjamin Balleret, a retired tennis player. He is cousin to Arthur Rinderknech and a nephew of Virginie Paquet (Rinderknech’s mother).
In October 2025, he and his cousin Rinderknech both reached the final of a Masters tournament for the first time in their respective careers at the Shanghai Masters.
